Born in a Thai family who enjoys being in the kitchen with opportunities to explore the world of culinary country. Chef Ann who is a self taught chef have acquired skills passed down from generation to generation. she also enrolled and participated several cooking courses and culinary seminars to enhance her cooking skill and to learn new techniques all the time. Over the years, her passion and skill in the kitchen has grown to the point where she not only love to cook for family and friends, but she desires to share her love of Thai cuisine & culture to all people who enjoy the flavors of Thai food.

After discovering that her true talent lies in the kitchen, Chef Ann then turned her passion for cooking into a career. She takes pleasure in cooking teaching. Her focus is mainly on how to make known to the foreigners the complexity of the Thai food and how to easily work with it to get the optimum result.

Chef Ann sees how the Thai diet (based on grains, vegetables, herbs and spices) is perfectly positioned for the new life style that people seek new exciting flavors and foods that are healthy. She then provides her service as a personal chef to families who love diversity of taste and healthy food. Even though She is specialized in Thai cuisine, her services do not limit to only Thai food. Chef Ann also provides many different fantastic menus from the world's finest cuisines including her own creative healthy and tasty dishes.

    




Chef Ann is happy to accommodate her patrons' dietary restrictions (such as vegetarian, no shellfish, etc.). If informed in advance, she can plan ahead to insure that any restrictions will not result in sacrifice of flavor. Return customers enjoy placing their trust in Chef Ann and allowing her to challenge them with new and exciting dishes at each cooking service.

Today Chef Ann finds her greatest pleasure in introducing new and tasteful foods to be enjoyed at the dinner table and teaching people how to prepare their own favorite Thai dishes.

She is now a proud member of the American Personal and Private Chef Association. She is fully licensed, insured, and certified by the State of Illinois for food service sanitation.
